Monday, May 25, 2009. Our English class was treated to a private concert today from Juno Nominee Joel Plaskett. Students listened to a 45 minute workshop with Joel Plaskett, Anna Egge, and Rose Cousins at the Park Playhouse in downtown Cobourg. We were then given the chance to ask questions to the musicians. Thanks to the Shelter Valley Folk Festival for inviting us and picking up the bill so our students could have this great learning experience. Thursday, May 21, 2009.
